The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 28.11.2017 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3799 of 2014.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 1 and 2. Following statements have been made in paragraph 5 of

Patna High Court MJC No.3384 of 2018(5) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 the said show cause:

"5. That in pursuant to aforesaid letter the opposite party no. 2 vide letter no. 375 dated 13.03.2020 has provided necessary input and has directed District Education Officer, Munger to do the needful as regards the appointment of petitioner in accordance with law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in the present application has already been redressed, hence the present application be disposed of.
