JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-04-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner is aggrieved by notification no. 4315 dated 26.12.2020 whereby the area of Ghoshi Gram Panchayat has been upgraded to Ghoshi Nagar Panchayat.

Considering the fact that the present writ application involves the dispute as to the upgradation of Ghoshi Gram Panchayat to Ghoshi Nagar Panchayat, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the decision of the respondents in the present proceeding.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent for appropriate decision by

Patna High Court CWJC No.7455 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2021 2/2 filing representation which shall be considered and disposed of by a reasoned order within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
