However, considering that the Petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months, the provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 3.3.2015 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.535 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad on condition (i) That one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
