The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to brother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 03.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.12545 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Fast Track Court-II, Khagaria in connection with S.T. No. 348 of 2019 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019.
