For the Petitioners : Mr. Amresh Kumar Sinha, Advocate For the State : Mr. Shantanu Kumar (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard parties.
Petitioners want further modification in the order dated 02.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 48161/2015 by a coordinate Bench of this Court as he submits that his bail bonds are not being accepted for the reason that in the second page of the order, it was initially written that "injuries are not serious and on vital parts of body" which was subsequently modified as below : "the injuries are not grievous and on vital part of the body".
But he further wants to modify by removing "and" from the sentence.
This Court does not think that such modification is required at all as the meaning of the aforesaid sentence is quite clear.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4807 of 2016 (4) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
However, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds is extended for a further period of six weeks. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J.) rinkee/- U T
