2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57481 of 2019.

3. By filing this modification petition, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to furnish a personal bond for the value of the Rubber Sheets (goods) in place of bank guarantee of Rs. 10 lacs and two cars i.e., BMW car worth Rs. 39,90,000/- and Skoda Yeti worth Rs. 15,51,688/- and for release of Registration Certificates of both the aforesaid vehicles as well as the bank

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29795 of 2025(7) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 guarantee of Rs. 10 lacs which were furnished as security vide order dated 25.06.2019.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, present modification petition is allowed with direction to furnish a personal bond for the value of the Rubber Sheets (goods) in place of bank guarantee of Rs. 10 lacs and aforesaid two cars and release Registration Certificates of both the aforesaid vehicles as well as the bank guarantee of Rs. 10 lacs in favour of the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57481 of 2019 is modified to the above extent only. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
