JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in jail custody in a case registered under Sections 380, 457, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Regarding theft of gold and silver ornaments and cash of Rs. 20,000/- from the house of the informant, Gaya Kotwali P.S.Case no. 28 of 2017, dated 10.01.2017 has been lodged under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, in course of investigation, on 25.01.2017 the petitioner was apprehended in drunken stage for which Kotwali P.S.Case No. 30 of 2017 has been lodged. Thereafter the house of the petitioner was searched showing recovery of stolen T.V. In his confessional statement the petitioner admitted his hand in the theft. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20052 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S.Case No. 28 of 2017.
