JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 Heard Mr. Bidhanesh Misra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs. Dimpal Kumari, learned AC to learned GP-11 for the respondent/s.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner had retired from the post of Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department while he was working in the District- West Champaran on 31.05.2015 but he has been denied the payment of entire amount of Provident

Patna High Court CWJC No.2526 of 2023(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Fund. He informs that the District Provident Fund Officer, Bettiah, West Champaran, has not obtained all the deduction statement with respect to the deduction made at different place of posting of the petitioner in different districts.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, the District Provident Fund Officer, Bettiah, West Champaran, is directed to obtain the deduction statement from all the places of posting of the petitioner and ensure payment on account of Provident Fund to the petitioner within a period of six weeks, failing which, the petitioner may take legal action against the District Provident Fund Officer, Bettiah, West Champaran, in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

4. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
