2. From perusal of Annexure-P/6 appended to the writ application, it appears that the degree obtained from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag, Allahabad was valid for appointment in the year 2006 and it was declared invalid w.e.f. 25.08.2008.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of Annexure-P/6, the order of the respondents terminating the petitioner from service is unsustainable, as the petitioner was

Patna High Court CWJC No.3644 of 2024(5) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 appointed in the year 2006, whereas the respondent Authorities took decision to declare the degree obtained from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag, Allahabad invalid w.e.f. 25.08.2008.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be reinstated with all consequential benefits.
