This is a petition for modification of the order, dated 10.11.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51709 of 2015. It has been submitted that the bail was granted with the condition that the petitioner shall pay rupees ten lakh, as first installment within six weeks from the date of his release and, thereafter, go on paying the installments of rupees ten lakh at the interval of six weeks each and the rest amount will be paid as fourth installment at the interval of six weeks. It is submitted that the petitioner has already paid first installment of rupees ten lakh within six weeks of his release. It is submitted that for the payment of next installment of rupees ten lakh, the six weeks' time, which is going to be expired on 12th February, 2016, the petitioner is unable to pay the amount (second installment) and prayed for a modification in order for giving six weeks more time for payment of second installment.

Hence, the order is modified that the petitioner shall pay the second installment after twelve weeks and the subsequent installment shall be at the interval of six weeks after payment of

The order, dated 10.11.2015, is modified to the extended indicated above.
