Petitioner is an accused in connection with Trial No. 3372 of 2019 arising out of Gopalpur P.s. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

No.9191 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of IInd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise) Gopalganj in connection with Trial No. 3372 of 2019 arising out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019.
