2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhairavsthan P. S. Case No. 114/2023, G.R. No. 1529 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(A), 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the husband of the informant by means of farsa. Doctor has found simple injury. Case and counter case. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13723 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bhairavsthan P. S. Case No. 114 of 2023, G.R. No. 1529 of 2023.
