The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of fraudulently withdrawing Rs.1,00,000/- from the informant's account putting a false signature of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the main allegation of withdrawing the amount in question is against co-accused Bindu Devi and only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner that the petitioner in connivance with co-accused Bindu Devi, this offence has been

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-14, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
