The petitioner is accused in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2018.

The accusation is of recovery of 583 bottles each containing 300 ml country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9468 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Aurangabad (BIHAR) in connection with Risiup P.S.
