The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No.125 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 117(2), 109, 76, 324(1), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner have entered into a temple and assaulted the priest of the aforesaid temple including others. The petitioner is said to have assaulted one Satyam Roy. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury report of the injured Satyam Roy states that he has sustained simple injury. It has been submitted

Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhganga / concerned Court below, in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No.125 of 2025.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the observations made by this Court is only for the purpose of deciding this bail application.
