JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 611 of 2016 registered under sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in jail custody since 18.01.2017. In para-3 of the petitioner, there is statement that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, named accused Pawan Kumar was granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 19573 of 2017 on 04.05.2017 and Murari Yadav was granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21633 of 2017 on 11.05.2017 on the ground of parity, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner named above, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20184 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 611 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2188 of 2016), subject to the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
