However later, to the surprise of the petitioner, she found that there was no follow-up action with respect to the selection process. The Anganwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.5573 of 2019 dt.10-04-2019 2/2 centre for which the petitioner had applied for being considered and appointed as Anganwari Sahayika has been attached with another Anganwari centre whereas, the requirement is that every ward shall have a separate Anganwari Centre.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the Collector/District Magistrate Buxar with the aforesaid prayer within a period of four weeks, who shall, on verifying the facts and seeing the feasibility of starting a separate centre at Anganwari centre no. 64, shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
