JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged by the informant that her husband has illicit relationship with the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is neither the family member nor the relative of the husband of the informant and only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. Earlier similar accusation was also levelled by the informant against her sister-in-law.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4336 of 2016 (2) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
