ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/341/323/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, it appears that there is case and counter case between the parties. Injuries have been inflicted on both sides. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the present occurrence took place for the reason that there was a land dispute between the parties and that the petitioners have clean antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
