The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Rail P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, registered under Sections 8, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, pending in the Court of Spl. Judge, NDPS, Katihar. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 13.07.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27811 of 2016 on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
