Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.20/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
