The petitioner seeks bail in Chausa P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), 37(b) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The petitioner was apprehended in drunken stage but no liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 32 pouches each containing 500ML was recovered from the possession of Jay Prakash Paswan. The petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional
