The petitioner seeks bail in Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sameer as mentioned in paragraph-13 of the case diary.
Petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
