The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the informant and his brother were assaulted by the accused persons with knife and iron rod and also taken away rupees five thousand. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4251 of 2016 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 of the injuries of the informant and his brother have been found to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence also, petitioners' side have also received injuries and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 513 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
