JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 The only prayer which the petitioner seeks in this civil miscellaneous application is that the learned Family Court, Patna be directed to dispose of the Matrimonial Case No. 5261 / 2014 within a reasonable time frame.

The petitioner has filed a matrimonial case bearing Matrimonial Case No. 5261 / 2014 for dissolution of marriage on the ground of desertion and other grounds in which the respondent-wife has appeared on 03/04/2017 and since then no progress has taken place in the matrimonial case. Accordingly, prayer is for direction to the Family Court, Patna to take steps for disposal of the matrimonial case as early as possible The petitioner is an Army personnel and is posted at Ambala (Punjab).

No.105 of 2022(2) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 filed in the year 2014 and eight years have already elapsed as such, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna is requested to take steps for disposal of the Matrimonial Case No. 5261 / 2014 in accordance with law as early as possible. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
