This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2023 (AnnexureP/9 to this writ application), which has been filed pursuant to the directions passed by the State Appellate Authority on 02.01.2023 in O.A. No. 526 of 2022.

3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.3102 of 2024(2) dt.17-10-2024 2/2 appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the State Appellate Authority is not functional at present and the representation of the petitioner is still pending for disposal.

In view of the limited nature of prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which is said to have been filed on 09.01.2023, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
