The petitioner seeks bail in Kawakole (Rupou) P.S. Case No. 156/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 60 litres of country made liquor was found by the side of a lane. The petitioner was identified by the police officials, who managed to flee away. Virendra Rajvanshi was apprehended on the spot and he is also said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner. Virendra Rajvanshi has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 23.12.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on
