JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Malaypur P. S. Case No. 85 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering that save and except suspicion raised against the petitioner, there is no other material to connect him with the offence alleged and there is specific allegation in the FIR that an unknown person opened fire as a result of which Dhananjay Singh sustained injury and died, the petitioner, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 07.01.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two
