2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One co-accused Ritesh Kumar was apprehended with arms who disclosed name of this petitioner as his associate.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Madhubani in Rajnagar Police Station Case No. 319 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
