Petitioner is accused in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the victim, in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she, according to her sweet will, fled away from the house with the petitioner due to love affairs and solemnized marriage with him and the Doctor assessed her age about 18 years. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
