2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 30 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from an open place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11397 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 460/2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
