Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of normal functioning of the court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was a witness of sale deed which subsequently proved forged. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

He submits that he was not at all aware of the intention of coaccused Anjani Kumar Choudhary and he had simply put his thumb impression at the place as directed by the deed writer. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 24.12.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020.
