The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 14377/2015, whereby this Court while rejecting his application for anticipatory bail made the following observations:

"So far petitioner Sarvind Kumar Thakur is concerned, his request for grant of bail be considered in the light of his offer to deposit the illegally withdrawn amount. In case, petitioner Sarvind Kumar Thakur is agreeable to deposit the amount in three instalment within a period of nine months he be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S.Case No. 277/2014, subject to the condition laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C., provided he deposits Rs. 3 lakhs within one month. Provisional bail granted to petitioner Sarvind Kumar Thakur be confirmed only after deposit of the entire amount within a period of nine months."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5042 of 2016 (2) dt.22-02-2016 The nature of relief being sought for in the present application cannot be granted, as, in my opinion, that will amount to reviewing the earlier order granted by this Court. This application stands rejected.
