The petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni P.S. (Refinery O.P) Case No. 150 of 2015, registered under Sections 420 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodity Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, after one and half years, in the supplementary case diary it has come in the statement of witness that this petitioner was the driver of Tank Lori, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 27.11.2016.

No.8221 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. (Refinery OP) Case No. 150 of 2015.
