2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners along with other F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted on the hand of informant with lathi causing fracture. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim
