Let in the third line of the second paragraph of the order dated 05.05.2017 passed by this Court, whereby the petitioner, above named, was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.57 of 2017, "Section 30(A) of the Indian Penal Code" be read as "Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016". The order dated 05.05.2017 passed by this Court is
