1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of assault is against Mathesh Kumar and against Bittu Kumar it is alleged that he snatched mobile of the informant along with Rs.30,000/- on point of gun and as far as other accused persons are concerned the allegation against them is general and omnibus in nature of assaulting Md. Shahbaj, the brother of the informant. It is next submitted Md. Shahbaj suffered simple injury. It is thus submitted that there is no

4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur at Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.678 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
