Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 120B/409/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2)/13(1)(c)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2017. She is one of the accused in Srijan scam. For the aforesaid scam, several F.I.Rs. were lodged. In most of the cases, petitioner and some other co-accused have been allowed bail. Mr. Bipin Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the CBI opposed the prayer for bail.

No.20907 of 2021(2) dt.24-08-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Spl. Case No. 3/2019, RC No. 18(A)2017 arising out of Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 514 of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
