The petitioner seeks bail in Kesharia P.S. Case No. 153 of 2008 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 31 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section-447 of the Indian Penal Code, Section-27 of the Arms Act and later on, Sections-307, 354, 506, 509, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-68/72 of I.T. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that two persons came on motorcycle and fired in the house of informant and one Satyanarayan Mishra. The villagers arrived on the sound of firing and both persons fled away.

From the written report, it appears that no injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14711 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 has been caused to any person. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 16-03-2016.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kesharia P.S. Case No. 153 of 2008 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 31 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeXII, Motihari, East Champaran subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
