2. The petitioner has approached this Court for an order discharging him from the bond of good conduct on probation for two years.

3. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the order under Probation of Offenders Act was passed on 29th September, 2018. The period is already over. However, he has not been discharged from the bond of good behaviour.

4. It is the duty of the trial court, who passed the order to discharge the petitioner from the bond of good behaviour, after expiry of period, if, there is no adverse report from the Probation Officer. This Court has no jurisdiction to discharge

5. Under such circumstances, the instant revision being mis-conceived is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to approach before the trial court for appropriate relief.
