2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39565 of 2024 .
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 365 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The following order was passed on 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 39565 of 2024 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 365, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the specific allegation of killing the deceased is on the petitioner.
4. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner for killing the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
5. In the trial, charges have been framed and as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, there are four witnesses in the charge-sheet. Out of four witnesses, three witnesses have been examined. The Trial is on the verge of completion.
6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
