The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 438/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that while he along with covillager Anil Kumar after loading green chilli on the cycle were going to market, three persons came on a motorcycle and surrounded them and flashed torch on the face of Anil Kumar and thereafter on the face of the informant. Thereafter, all the three persons made firing causing injury to the informant on different parts of his body. The informant further alleged that some days ago, four persons namely, Biku Manjhi, Manish Manjhi, Akaram

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner. The informant did not identify the person who fired at him. Anil Kumar who was accompanying the informant also did not disclose the name of the petitioner, as assailant of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S.
