The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39668 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 332 of 2014, arising out of G.R. Case No. 6364 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J..M., East Champaran at Motihari and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the learned court below within a period of four weeks but due to some reasons he could not surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period. The period of surrender of the petitioner in the learned court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3644 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39668 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
