====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of informant, Munni Devi, is that, on 19.10.2016, his son (petitioner) came at his house in drunken state and started to demand money. When the informant refused to give money then petitioner started to press her neck. When the daughter of the informant made protest then she was also assaulted through fist and slaps and this petitioner also damaged the house utensil and took ornaments from the box.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at bar that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7058 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 while the petitioner is accused in one another case but in the said case, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 02.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
