Petitioner seeks bail in Banka Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498-A, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018. He is husband of the informant. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner has extra marital relationship with one Reshma Devi due to which he committed torture with the informant and gave threat to her. Finally, informant was ousted from the house. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka Mahila P.S.
