2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to provide due protection to the petitioner for his life and for construction of house over the land appertaining to Khata No.267, Khesra No.1656

Patna High Court CWJC No.18553 of 2018(4) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 measuring an area 26 decimals situated at Mohalla- Sandha, P.S. Mufassil, District-Saran as the Respondent No. 6 to 10 knowingly and deliberately are disturbing in construction over the aforesaid land in spite of the facts petitioner is the rightful owner of the said land as well as the Judgment and Decree dated 17.09.2009 passed by Sub-ordinate Judge-V, Saran at Chapra in Partition Suit No.158 of 1983 in favour of the petitioner.

(ii) for issuance of such other writ(s), order(s), direction(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. A perusal of the earlier order would show that on 22.08.2025 also, the coordinate Bench recorded that there is no appearance, as a last chance the matter was adjourned.
