The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No.718 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is suspected to have killed the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2023. Except for suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner to connect him with the crime. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
