2. This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the CrPC') has been filed for quashing the First Information Report (for short 'the FIR') of Jehanabad P.S. Case No.339 of 2012 registered under Sections 420.406, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The FIR is based on a complaint which was sent under Section 156(3) of the CrPC for investigation. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of the cognizable offence.
4. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40443 of 2015 dt.30-08-2017 2/2 application. It is dismissed accordingly.
