This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. C1/191/13, disclosing offences under sections 409, 467, 468, 420, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. This application arises out of a complaint case. In view of above, I direct the petitioner to appear before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application shall be considered in the light of the decision of this Court in the case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & ors. v. the State of Bihar @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6035 of 2016 (2) dt.24-02-2016 anr., reported in 2015(3) PLJR 806, and his application shall be disposed of on the same day.

This application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected, but with the aforesaid observations.
