The Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is also present and has informed the Court with regard to the investigation and submitted that Mr. Vinod Kumar, learned Advocate of this Court may be required to facilitate the investigation by providing information relating to the persons who were instrumental in commission of the crime. He submitted that the police would be careful not to harass or cause inconvenience to Mr. Vinod Kumar, learned Advocate or his family members.

4. In view of the categorical stand of the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, the present application stands consigned.

5. The Court would only record the fact that on behalf of Mr. Vinod Kumar, learned Advocate, an assurance has been given that he shall cooperate with the investigation, as and when required.
